Welcome to the website of

Positive Aid

caring for children in need

This group hails from the Kingdom of Kerry, Ireland, and transports aid and help with construction and renovation work to orphanages mainly in Belarus and Albania.

Within this site you will find information on what this group is doing with your help. We like to show the positive results of the voluntary aid work being done by ourselves and other groups whom we help.

The Chernobyl power plant is situated 16kms, south from the Belarus border. Over 70% of the fallout of the accident in 1986 blew north and fell on Belarus.
The effect on soil and water was horrific, with practically all the country being contaminated.
The children are undernourished so we decided to set up our fund to help the plight of these children.
