Transport

Tom O'Donnell, of Tom O’Donnell International Transport, Dublin, was born and grew up in Cloghane, Co. Kerry.     Tom is a long standing supporter of our fund, donating one of his trucks and trailers each year. Many, many thanks to Tom, for without that we would not be able to do our work.

Belarus

2009

Pat Hennessy and Kenny O'Flaherty are embarking on another road trip to Osipovichy Orhpanage in the Minsk region on September.   Details later when they return.

2006 - 2008

We have teamed up with Dunshaughlin Chernobyl Group, Co. Meath and  Chernobyl Orphanage Development Programme of Dublin. We transport loads if aid for them, mostly building material and the volunteer workers fly out in the following weeks to renovate the orphanages. In the past we have gone to Rudensk and Smorgon orphanages.

2000 & 2004

We teamed up with Charleville Chernobyl Foundation, Co. Cork, to transport their aid loads to various orphanages and schools in the Brest region.

2002

We were the first to transport machinery (an excavator and site dumper) across Europe to do voluntary work and bring them back again. We went to Grozovo orphanage and farm to do some site work (see 'Our History').
